Price. Be cheaper! And more powerful! I don't want to wait till I'm in my 40's for a cheap and powerful laptop. But eh by that time if I do live long enough (haha) to see it laptops will be built into our laps! You slap your thigh and a screen pops out of your crotch and you play anything you want anywhere you want! THE WORLD IS IN YOUR CROTCH!

People don't realize that wanting cheaper laptops is what causes horrible battery life. Everyone wants laptops to be cheap, in order to meet that cost something has to give which more often then not is the battery quality.
