Anyone else got games refunded through Steam?

But now the money is in my Steam Wallet, what should I buy for $15?
I'd like to buy CSS (Have been playing on friends accounts and such), but when would it be on sale or whatever?

Honestly, I was planning on buying CSS before, but Google AdSense sends your payment directly to your bank account, and I never bothered re-sending money to my Paypal after that.
