Default Which type of account system do you prefer?

MMO games nowadays apparently have 2 major types of account system.

    1. One master account to log into all games under the same publisher.

    2. One master account, but separate accounts (tied to master account) for different games under the same publisher.

    3. No master account, separate game accounts for all games under the same publisher

Which type do you prefer, in terms of security and convenience?

Or are there some other systems you have in mind?

Separate game accounts with no master account so that if one gets hacked I don't lose every single one of them.

One master account to log into all games

If a person knows what he does then there is almost 0 chance of getting hacked and no need for separate account for separate games. If you got hacked once, it will happen again.

Not to mention when people hack stuff they usually hack everything and everyone, resulting in you losing everything anyway. What's the point in just hacking one account ;s

One master account it's easier for me.

Warp portal does the whole one master and separate I hate it cause I can't use the same username.

Yep. If there is going to be hacking then it is going to be in a large scale where all accounts will be affected when targeted a company. If you are the only one who has been hacked then it is completely your own fault and not being cautious about your information.

    This poll is stupid.
"One master account to log into all games" Is ofc the best way.

Look at gamigo's account system, i don't play their games solely due to their account system

I am asking based on security and convenience, not if you will want to play games based on the system.

If you think it is stupid, you are even more foolish to have even posted in this thread.

    Now gtfo ?

There's always the possibility of someone trying to bruteforce your account. Thus, more accounts = less chance of them achieving the information. Also, most account thieves would only target a small group of people to lower the chances on getting caught. If not, they'd simply take the items periodically.

But nowadays, people dont use bruteforcers anymore. Keyloggers and algorithm-based cracks are more efficient and less tedious.

Aside all that, I still choose option 1 for sheer convenience.
