awesome game. hopefully it will get a resurgence.
Last time i tired it the game required you to pay to get the good cards so iwas wondering if that has actually been changed?
Just about EVERY card is obtainable through different maps and different difficulties in Campaign..
Also, playing 15 mins a day gives you 1 Cash Point, which some cards go as low as 3 Cash Points. Of course this is just for auctions, you really never have to buy anything if you work hard and play long.
Games I currently play:
Cosmic League
Minecraft
Warframe
Lost Saga
Waiting for: Overwatch, Maplestory 2, and Rakion 2.
It looks good when you present it this way.
If you have steam you can paly it from there

This game has been patched very well for the past 2 years.. Its like a beast now and runs well.
I still play it every now and then even though I'm not very good rts, they did a very good job.
EDIT: Anyone knows how to add this game to steam (add it as a steam game) if I already have it installed on my computer? I dont want to install it again under steam and delete the old one![]()
Last time when I played, You had to spend REAL CASH to get better cards then everyone else, so DEPENDS HOW MUCH CASH YOU WILL PAY>......
Is still this shi**y thing ? Or "no pay" players can beat "payers"?

Reputation: 12The game is so bad. From the outside, it looks really good. It is a 3D RTS game, kinda like warcraft 3 except with much better graphics. It looks great! So what's the problem?
Well, just about everything else. The gameplay in PvE is mindnumbingly boring. Most of the mission play all alike, you wait until you have enough mana points or whatever the currency was, spam basic units such as windweavers + shamans, wait some more until your army is big enough to conquer the next mana stone. Rinse and repeat. It gets old quickly. You can experiment with your decks a bit but since there isn't that much variation, especially in the early tiers where you spend much of your time, there is not a lot you can do.
Then there are these 12 players maps. ZOMG DIS SOUNDZ AWESUMMM! Nope. They are 3 4 player maps linked together. And it takes ages to get a full room for them because you need so many players. And if one player ****s it up, the other 2 maps fail too. The idea sounds nice, the execution is horrible.
The balance is pretty bad too. Since the game works by buying cards, the developers didn't want to balance the game at first. But they had to, since there were so many gamebreaking cards when the game first launched. Unfortunately this balancing is a very slow process and they balance only 2 or 3 cards at the time which happens over a process that takes a few months. I get the feeling that the developers barely know anything about the game, judging from some of the weird changes they made.
So, that means everyone in PvE uses the same deck. Some people don't because they like trying out new things (like me) or because they simply don't have the money.
Talking about money, let's move on to PvP. That's the worst part of the game. While they really tried to make PvP interesting and balance it, it is simply too difficult to balance it properly considering the huge amounts of difference matchups available. So, in some matchups you simply have the deck disadvantage and you either lose or you voluntarily quit. It's not fun. But the real issue comes to the fact that the game relies too much on money. While you don't need a lot of money to make a decent deck, you do if you want a good or perfect deck. And yes, that means you need to outskill opponents who paid more money than you did, AKA pay2win. Almost. You can't guarantee a 1000-0 record even if you are rich, but boy does being rich help in this game.
And then there are card upgrades... A great idea for obsessive compulsive video gamers, to keep them busy for hours. But the card upgrades apply to PvP too. That means that in order to stay competitive, you need to upgrade your cards. Some cards 100% rely on card upgrades to be good. So what do you have to do? Grind PvE maps over and over and over. Spend hours playing the same ****ing map 20 times in hopes of getting the upgrade you want. It's torture. I don't even want to play PvE damn it, I want to play PvP. Why would I need to play PvE when I just want to play PvP?
Oh but here's the real kicker. Right after I left, they added the option to buy card upgrades...for real money. Just because the game wasn't pay2win enough already. I quit this. It had massive potential, but it fell prey to the whole money crazy almost all online games have nowadays. I should also point out the lack of map updates shortly after the game was released (not that I care) and an almost complete focus on new decks or should I say $$$$.
I gotta give it props for the presentation though. The graphics are amazing, the voices are good and funny and the spell effects are good. At least give it a try to see what good games can look like.
Reputation: 19game has been ruined after first expansion that I call " we need funds noobs "
they forced you to change deck and buy all the new card because they were OP and there were only 2 possibile deck: dark-fire or winter-forest
I was full dark, I had all the dark cards and I spent only 20$.. Before seeing the expansion going live I sold all mine card and regain all the $ I spent.
Yes the game was quite repetitive but was funny expecialy because there were many deck to choose from.. now this game suck, you better go and play PoxNora rofl
Reputation: 12Yea well it doesnt matter if they release overpowered cards cause it only matters in PvP,which I dont play cause I know I suck at it. Then theres the PvE and Co-op PvE and its not a bad thing to have a guy with strong deck on your side :P
Reputation: 62I used to play this all the time, I still have a shit load of rare cards on it too. I own nearly all the cards too.
