If you soak that part of your leg in water for a really long time it'll probably be easier to push out. Works easily for fingers and toes because they get all pruney, dunno about your leg though.

i was in the tub when i found it. i think i drowned it. ima try to push it and are burn and if all fails i will cut a hole in my leg and get it out that way

It's just a tick, take a small knife (tweezers work as well) and dig that shit out or as the skald said a match or lighter would work equally as efficient. It's not very hard or painful (actually there should be no pain at all...unless your a massive *****).
