Well instead of posting it you could simply open notepad, type the post and then delete it. That way you express yourself without people getting up you for basically "spamming". Another option is that if you feel you have "issues" is to go see a psychiatrist as they get paid to listen.

Nothing wrong with being weird either, some of the most creative people are considered to be weird by most societies.

It's better to talk about it then simply bottle it up, trust me I know(I used to be exactly the same).

In future if you don't want to talk about certain issues, it maybe worth not mentioning them.
