Have you tried GameDev.net?
The forum users may explain to you that inexperienced developers aren't going to finish a 3D project. Certainly not a multiplayer 3D project. Try GameDev or look for C++ forums or Unity forums (if they are to be found).

i understand that but we are not 100% focusing on a sick game, we don't want anything super big, we just need some experienced people to join us, but yes i agree to what you said, unity forums and c++ forums would be better to post on. Thank you for this reply =)
