GameStop selling BF 3 and DiRT 3... o0

I had a trip in Italy and yesterday before we gone home we've visited an big mall there. To be more correct, the mall was in Lido di Jesolo(forgot the name of it), but I remember the other mall's name and that is SME.

When I entered the other mall(that I don't remember the name) I didn't thought I would see GameStop shop inside the mall, but I did saw.
When I entered I started looking for some games that I might want to buy and then saw they were selling Battlefield 3 and DiRT 3. The Battlefield 3 had the same cover as Battlefield 2 I think and the DiRT 3 cover was different than DiRT 2.
Are they serious with selling BF3 and DiRT 3 even if they are still in development??

It's called fakes and its fairly common. Large corporations such as Gamestop do not have constant monitoring over all their stores worldwide so it happens.
