Default eden eternal (server up early)

worth downloading tomorrow? is there anything special about it cuz it sort of looks, generic and kind of like ugly fat anime midgets with swords/staffs with point & click.

edit: edit incase anyone wanted to know the server went up a day early.even though it wasnt originally about that.

i see, sorry to ask so many questions but do you know where i could look at all the classes then? (from the foreign versions) I heard there were more than whats listed on the aeria games site. wondering if there's more types of melee or a summoner.

by the way, from the Eden eternal aeriagames website, it looks like they're calling the mouse/hamster race "Zumi"

They did a chart somewhere with the different combinations and required levels to open up some of the advanced classes here, got to search in EE forums.

The class window will tell you the requirements in-game as well, no worries there.

Not all classes will be made available at launch as well, stated in the interview.

Didn't know about the Zumi name, since I usually play the foreign versions if they are accessible

No time to stick to a single game

Bonus: There will still be new classes added in future other than the ones you see above.

I gotta say the concept of leveling 1 job to open up another etc is very awsome was a big fan of this in ffxi and defiently a selling point to Eden with me..

My question to you cinder is do our secondary / sub jobs affect our current jobs. Basicaly when you change to warrior from mage can you use any mage abilities either passive or active or can you only use say your warrior abilities while you are a warrior then change to say bard to heal yourself then change back to knight or can you just cast a bard heal as a knight? Hope that makes sense

You must change class to use that class' skills.

You can't use Heal in Warrior mode, got to change to Cleric and equip the appropriate weapon to use the skill. See the first video above~

No you can't. You do get bonus stats for leveling up your other classes though in the form of "licenses". And of course you can always switch back and forth between classes, but there is a 20 sec cooldown on that.

The hunter, illusionist and shaman classes can summon.

Feels really smooth, game looks better without the annoying blur.

It's not generic, but it's not exactly "new."

I am loving this right now, just did Angor Quarry and I loved it, no one wanted to heal so I switched to a cleric...which was lvl 2 and by the time we were done the dungeon my cleric was at lvl 10, how awesome.
Got a really nice staff from it too.

watching those vids gave me some huge nostalgia, reminded me of Flyff and ROSE back in the days when they were actually fun to play. Might actually check this one out, how's the gameplay so far?.

so far the game is pretty neat although I think your character levels far to slow compared to job level. I am lvl 9 char atm and my mage is 9 my cleric 9 and my war is 8. I really dig this multi class system but Kinda feel forced to play every class if I want to gain job exerpeince while I grind char experience. I might be missing something quest wise or soemthing I dont know but its pretty cool thus far control wise
