The Android it self ' Droid. But i htink its only through verizon. The most technology advanced ones are through google, and are actually worth using.

    Can anyone confirm this?
it is not, Tmobile has a phone with a dual core 1ghz processor atrix is 600 x2 and soon the Evo 3d will have a dual core ghz processor but i believe both only have 512 of ram, though i have played with both and the g2x (tmobile dual core) runs better than the atrix and has higher benchmarks

(my bad processors are the same but G2x does run better

If you already have a good android phone I'd wait Motoroloa is rumored to be rolling out quad-core phones next year. Not to mention all the good dual-core phones that will be out. Besides as soon as you get the new phone another will come out so I'd think it'd be worth your while to wait.

Rule of thumb is: No matter how powerful the cell phone is when you buy, one that is twice as powerful will be released the next day for the same price. :l

LOL yeah which is why I just got my first Android phone it's an entry level one so I won't feel like I wasted my money when the next super phone comes out.

My best advice is to get a phone running vanilla, runs better gives higher benchmarks and come preinstalled with free wifi tether .... most of the time. Actually I think that's why the g2x has higher benchmarks than the atrix

Wait for quad-core phones. Shouldn't be too long.

You really don't need to wait for quad core phones. I really can't think of a time when I've needed to run something that intensive on a phone rather than a laptop or a computer.

    The Arc is beautiful.

I bought a Galaxy 2-3 weeks ago and I totally love it though. It's a real practical sleek looking phone for an affordable price. I'd have it over an Iphone anyday.
