Armies would be substantially reduced, the freed up resources would be spent on agriculture, science, and healthcare.

Sex education classes would be mandatory, starting in grade school, worldwide.

Gay rights would be implemented worldwide, some recreational drugs would be immediately legal (with punishment being the same as drinking for similar crimes).

I'm sure I'd do more, but if I was able to get one of those done in a day for the entire world, I'd be pretty stoked.
