Paran Server Has Opened!!!!

but I dont know where to download the client....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found the link, but when I clicked, it keeps downloading with 0kb/sec!!!!!!!!!
and it also says error in page

I REALLY WANT TO PLAY, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP
DO THEY BLOCK USA'S IP ADDRESS?

if I login, that means I open the x.paran.com/index.asp which is I couldnt find the download link from that page
