I think it was recently ruled in one of the states that a cop can arrest you for videotaping them. Cops seem to have a lot of power and it's only getting worse. In fact they don't have to prove that you were going above the speed limit, they're simply allowed to guess what speed you were going and ticket you for that much. But then again 99% of all cops are actually good guys, it's the 1% of their profession (like most professions except politicians, bankers, and actors) that makes then all seem like it.
