Happened to me last week, i found that just keeping a warm towel on it worked after a few hours.. maybe yours is worse than mine though.

Thank you for your kind words. I'll try the warm towel, at this point i'm pretty annoyied I have to walk around supporting my head to the right side and when I accidently pan it to the left OH THE ****ING PAIN.
Tried taking a nap but that just made it a whole lot worse. It's actually the nap that ****ed me up I believe. I woke up at like 9 to pick up the phone and I don't remember it hurting. Later when I woke up again it hurt like a mofo. I reckoned another nap should fix me buuuut instead now I feel like a cripple with a pillow on my head, my beach shorts on and a random pink floyd t-shirt.
You could also try laying on a flat surface for a bit aka your floor. (And have a hot towel at the same time. Don't really feel the floor helped that much but meh I guess)
I did a pretty bad roll one time and ended up twisting my neck weirdly. I didn't feel a thing afterwards then when I woke up the next morning my neck was so ****ed. Both sides were like what your describing and it was stiffer than a mutha****a I literally had to rotate my whole body to look anywhere because it was impossible to turn my neck and it hurt like a ***** too.
Reputation: 14I've had this before. It was pretty bad. I did all I could at home, but I also have a really good chiropractor that works wonders, especially in situations like that.
