A new survey found female online gamers prefer gaming over any other activity including working out, taking baths, shoping and even having sex.

It is a survey of 2,052 people commissioned by Doritos. According to the survey, 49 percent of women play online games, while men, 50 percent. It suggests that women play computer games not less than men. Moreover, women play online games for longer periods of time than men. Women in the survey spent an average of 3.5 hours playing online games each week. 23.1 percent of women's time online is spent gaming, compared with 22.3 percent for males.

I think these results are due to the fact that so many "female gamers" arent really gamers as much as they pretend to be in order to attract a male market where they have less competition- so ofcourse they'll answer polls this way.

Aslo in terms of statistics 2052 isnt that much different than 11 if you look at it as a % to represent the whole. :P

after i read this, im a little more convicing, but i still dont buy it.

Also have to remember that many female gamers don't play games that most male do. They play flash based, browser based, cards, puzzles, farmville, and all sort of games. MMORPG or MOFPS are like the minority.

To be honest, I rarely bathe. Maybe.. a few times a year.
However, I do take showers 1 to 2 times a day. Bathing is for relaxation rather than cleansing. :P
