    So someone is willing to buy me an Inspiron 560 Desktop.

    All I want to know really is will I be able to add a dedicated graphics card to this.

    Yes and no.

    You have a PCIe 16x slot, but you have a 300w PSU. You'd be looking at min. 450w of a good brand for most newer GPUs.
