Nope, got rid of it recently when i noticed the only people who ever called were for ads, and i ignored it anwyays, and the few times it was some one i knew, it was because they didn't have my cell phone number which i gave to them and told them to call me back on it.
Damn right. I live in Q8 man. And here in Q8, landline is life.
Life.
You can call people for free.
We got relatives living in the US and calls are cheaper that way, not to mention my mom needs it for her work, so yeah, we still have it. I don't use it for anything, though.
Reputation: 30Yep. Pretty underutilised, though. I only use it to call international.
Reputation: 195I have no need for a landline phone, I use my mobile for any calls I need to make.
Only reason I have a telephone line is for ADSL.
Ditched it when we moved a couple years ago.
Reputation: 72i dont have a home phone. i never talk on my cellphone it last me 3 month for $20
Reputation: 1151Yeh, I have 300 talk minutes on my cellphone a month and I only ever use about 20. I hate phone calls.
The longest I ever spent on the phone was about an hour, and that was back in the day when I was trying to nail some chick in high school so I listened to her drunk babbel at me.
**** phone calls. I don't wanna talk about shit, I want you to tell me the reason you called and hang up. If you wanna have a conversation, come look me in the face or text me so I can at least be doing something else while you tell me stupid crap.![]()
