A WITNESS says a woman rammed a car, smashed it with a pickaxe and was holding a knife before she was shot by police.
The 30-year-old woman from regional Victoria suffered a wound to the leg in Mary Court off Miller St, Epping, during the road rage drama this afternoon.

I saw a drunk dude get hit on his bicycle and fly like 20 feet into the air and land in a ditch. I saw a guy get knocked out with one of those Razor scooters. I saw someones skull get smashed by a bottle who later died in the hospital.
