If it will have better/less glitchy prop support, the modding community will go nuts.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.

there's been a lot of fanboy rage over this.

    completely illogical fanboy rage.

every other valve game since well, the previous Counter Strike, has also seen a console release! does this mean those games were dumbed down for console? I don't think so, anyway. In fact, the console versions suck compared to the ones on the pc. this will probably still be the case.

To be honest... I've only ever seen HL1 on the PS2. I can't recall of ever hearing let alone seeing another Valve game on a console. :|

um. half life 2 and all its episodes, team fortress 2, and both of the left 4 dead games are on consoles.

    oh, and both portal games.

For some reason I sucked hard in CS:S and TF2.

I never really liked the source idea either. There was a lot of bad user made content that really lowered my first impression. But having unlimited content is godly, and every so often you join something amazing.

I remember playing that, and yes it was. And so was Orange Box; at least the TF2 part of it. Portal and the HL2 games were fine, but no updates for TF2 kinda ruined it.

As far as CS: GO, not too interested, never really was into CS at all.
