Default CPU or Ram over heating?

I used to get a lot of Hyper Transport sync flood errors, but i took off AMD cool n quiet, and it was only a rare occurance. But now, whenever i get the "high ram usage by ___" in a couple seconds, my comp just shuts off, im using a stock Heatsink, and when i feel the heat inside my case, its warmer near the memory.

Most, if not all, RAM-sticks don't have temperature sensors.
High RAM usage can also mean you have viruses/malware or a memory leak. Reboots can also occur with BSODs, often it just reboots without even letting you see the screen for a second.

Try HWMonitor and disable autoreboot on BSODs.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.
