You should try to format once a year anyways. You probably will always have some trash that won't go away without a format. :/

If the CPU starts buzzing again (you never know with PCs >_>), check your temps.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.

I did the fresh install. My original settings were 1024 x 768 but this one set me to 1280x1024 because my monitor is 19 inches. Although the actual PC / desktop looks fine, some texts/ images on web seem blurry.

Any way to fix this? its not all blurry...just like some parts like the edit and quote button..etc

I suggest you change your resolution to the monitor's native resolution. If you can't, install the latest video drivers (which you actually should've done already).

The recommended resolution is 1280 x 1024. When I set it to the older resolution (1024x 768), Its too small :/

Have you cleaned your fans? I do that at least once or twice a month. Open up your can, spray it up with some compressed air or use a basketball pump, and get all of the dust out. It really helps with noise and overall PC health.

Hey I was actually thinking of opening my case up and cleaning it out..both the PSU fan and the CPU fan (if there is one that is making noise).

    _____

So basically, unlplug , open and clean out all the dust right?
