Clothes/Shoe Shopping Online?

This has been like my 5th post in the past week asking you guys for help, but I do appreciate all the advice.

So, I live in the middle of nowhere, and when it comes to shoes and clothes, the only brands you can find here are Nike and Adidas.

Where can I buy some shirts/pants and shoes online?
And what shoe brands do you guys recommend?

id love to know a online shoe store as well, but then again shoes are really important to fit well and i dont know if i could throw down the 100+ dollars average on a pair of shoes without trying them on first.
