Computer not booting up.

Hello guys. I've recently bought a couple of parts to make a new rig.

When I connected everything inside the rig, and plugged in my power cable and display cable and press power, it didn't show up on the monitor.

I've tried connecting it to the motherboard and my graphics card.

My motherboard is Asus P8Z68-V.
And the CPU is i5 2400.

Also, it powers up and then it shuts down by itself, and after a few seconds, it powers up by itself again. ¬¬

Can anyone help?

EDIT : I'm also using a hard drive from my old computer which has Windows 7, might have something to do with it. ¬¬

Nevermind, I've fixed that ***** of a problem.

In a infinite loop of booting up now.

Gets to the start windows screen and then restarts.

Trying to reinstall Windows 7 now. ¬¬.
