    Default Recommended CPU temp?

    Is there a recommended CPU temperature?

    On my Asus BIOs, it says it's about 40-45 degrees.

    Yet, when I use programs like CPUCool/SpeedFan/CoreTemp, they all say around 30 degrees.

    Yes.
    A standard recommended range? As low as possible.

    Check the technical documents of your CPU on the webpage of your CPU manufacturer to know the max TDP.

    The max TDP is 95W... how am I supposed to know the max temp from this? T_T
