Waiting for dead island to come out at midnight because living in england sucks.

I actually went to bed at 3AM last night so I'm less tired when I play it tonight: Just shfiting my sleep pattern forward a bit and enjoying my leisure time before I go off to college, as I know it'll all be sucked up by school work.

Funny how true that is.

I think I just got to 35. I'm a Dual Blader or whatever they're called. Pretty OK so far. My fav. class was bandit anyway, so this is just like an expansion of that.

My IGN is "Moonawana" if anyone plays on El Nido. I assume not, its real empty.

Last time I played was ages ago, level 105 chief bandit on windia :P.

Ugh, I've got something of every class but never made it over 100. Except...uh...on a special server...lol.

I always find myself quitting by questioning what the hell is the point of the game and coming to the conclusion that there is none. There is no endgame.

What, you don't want to invest infinity hours of grinding to run into a brick wall at the end?

This is what I never understood about why people play the game. It couldn't be more pointless and unrewarding. The only reason I'd imagine it to have any appeal is community, as horrendous as it is in that game.

Though I guess if I was sitting around baked with literally nothing to do I could find myself hypnotized spamming ctrl as slimes and pigs constantly spawn on a platform around me..

I've done this. Pretty fun actually.

This is what I never understood about why people play the game.

With me, it always goes like "Oh shit, new stuff in Maple Story! That could be awesome!" then I play it for like 4 days and remember why I quit that shit in the first place.

Its like when you're a kid and burn yourself on the stove. You learn not to do that again. But Maple Story isn't a very painful burn, just an annoying one. So every once in a while you burn yourself again to remind yourself why you don't do it.
