For those of you even thinking about trying the game:don't. At least not until they get their ducks in a row. Let me explain...

The game itself is beautiful(graphically I mean) and there's a giant map to explore. There certainly isn't a shortage of players either.But that might change soon. Not only has the company wrecked the economy with packs(gold was worth 300k before packs now it's up to over 1.4 million per) and the lowering of the value of certain valuable materials, they have endorsed the harassment of the lower level player base. The lower level area pve area known as Secret Passage is now a playground for high level pvp.

So, basically now the people level 20 and above can't get quests done in there without being ambushed. What is the company doing about it? Nothing. They have posted that it is now allowed to pvp in that very without consequence. This is even allowed on PVE servers!! >_> Where people don't WANT to PVP but are being forced into it by the company. >

I'm through with PW. I played my archer to max level on a mid exp private server for like an year. Level 150 elf archer with everything maxed out including equipment and skills and whatnot. It was fun but there isn't that much endgame content except for pvp..

a couple years ago that game was the shyt.....but besides what u mention op i heard all it is is a cash shop game...way worse than other pwe games...and i heard u can rush from 1-100 if u have the money to do so....i thought about returning like a couple months ago and someone on the pwi site said dont...they game you once remembered is long day..now its run by cash shop

All PWI games are based on the cash shop.. It's always been that way that's why they always have cash shop sales etc.

I played ether for a while which is a nice game but every week there was sales etc on cash items so I gave it up and also the economy is insane! it raises every month to heights that newbies could never reach unless you donate.

PW-Games is just a failure. When they were new they always said that
they dont wanna be like other crappy f2p companys who fu cking up their CS
but after some month of beta the people recognized that they ARE like stupid

I played PWI when it was first released and I really liked it (one of the better F2Ps at the time), but those PvP changes sound real crappy. Sorry to hear another quality game taken over by a cash shop.

I wouldn't mind PW games if it wasn't for the insane HP/MP pots/pills. For some reason I find it extremely annoying that there are 200,000 HP pills that refill your HP at a certain point whenever it's low, and that they usually have no cooldown whatsoever.

They need to just put in a bot system for all their games and get it over with.

It's potion spam now? I remember there being a couple minute cooldown when I played years ago.
