That is a short vid I did talking about Activision basically ripping people off via DLCs.
What do you guys think about the growing trend of DLCs in gaming?
Peak.

Seriously, I think everyone knows about this by now especially those who do Microtransactions 80% for gaming
If they are extending the life of the game, I don't see the problem with DLC. Would I prefer them do it VALVe style? Sure, but I also see no problem with paying for hard work. Now, I do not agree with cutting parts out of the game just to release as DLC. That's just ripping the customer off.
it's not stealing if people willingly agree to give away their money, and get what they paid for in return.
Reputation: 15Plain example of milking the gamers. Only big name game companies can do this with confidence.
btw, can anyone tell me what DLC means? First time hearing it.
I dont mind paying for DLCs. It adds alot of replayablity and adds life to the game. As long as its decent in price. However there is ridiclous pricing for dlcs like call of duty games. Theres just a line that shouldnt be crossed in price.
>_>
they're charging what people will pay, apparently.
they know that no matter how much people yell and scream, they're still going to buy call of duty.
