    Memory diagnostic isn't really used for BSoDs, as BSoDs could range from driver errors to simply your AV/firewall not letting itself scan (oh you, gameguard and komodo).

    Disable the auto reboot on BSoDs so you can note the important stuff from your BSoD.

    Could you post the error code the bsod gives?? You have to disable the auto reboot first though, like snowbunzz said.
