Dark Souls
It looks like they pretty much designed it so you can't cheese any of the bosses in the game. Should be quite a challenge. Japanese players and everyone who has had it imported have said that it is better than Demon's Souls in every regard.
Anyone else really excited for this game?

They're sort of going for the castlevania style of difficulty: It's hard, but fufilling when you finally nail down a movement or strategy - or when you're rewarded for playing intelligently.
It's not everyone's cup of tea, granted. But I for one hope games like these continue to exist. It's like a fine desert in a sea of cheap snack food.

I got 8 bosses left out of 14 to kill in Demons souls.. never had so much fun in my life.
I will get dark souls on the 7th.

yeah im picking mine up at midnight. I bought demons souls the day it came out and fell in love with it. Hope to feel the same with this game. Looks like it's all the good about demons souls yet improved so ****ing excited.

Game of the year, so far for me. But its not for everyone. Patience is one of my strong points, but its getting tested here. Better not read the dark souls forums. There are tons of tricks, glitches and spoilers. Thats will ruin your game experience.

Got to the Tomb of the Giants, taking a nice break from this game. It sucks because I'm so close to finishing it, but this place has just broken my will to keep playing.
