Hunter X Hunter anime (2011) restart

so HxH is pulling a Dragonball Kai and restarting, i like this a lot because HxH is a little older now and its still my favorite shonen manga/anime of all time,so im glad its going to be introduced to a lot of new people that may have missed it (and the new art looks nice for people who didn't)

im not sure how close this anime will be to the manga or to the old anime but i hope they do a good job and have solid voice actors and what not,also i wonder if this will end up covering the story arc after greed island (the old anime has OVA's to cover every arc except for the newest ongoing one in the manga (last i checked i have not read the manga in a very long time due to the author taking long breaks)

it would be cool if it was covered but i don't even know if its ended yet or if it will be by the time the anime gets to that point, i guess ill have to wait and see what happens and i hope the 2011 anime does well, im personally really excited and i cant wait to see some more Hisoka badass-ness in 2011!

Yuup I found out about this a few days ago. I'm happy about it, but at the same time its gonna take more than a year to catch up to where the old anime left off. =/ Assuming its following the same path.

Well, they could be planning to make them as flashbacks, because the meeting with Kaito was one of the main reasons Gon wanted to be a hunter.

yeah i was wondering about that too, his meeting is pretty much what set everything in motion for gon
