The only thing I could find is someone saying he got it sorted out by logging in with a lowercase username. try to reset your password to a fully lowercase password and then login with the username in lowercase characters and the new password.
Make a new account? Change password? I mean idk what to tell you dude this isn't gpotato tech support...
