Questions about onrpg.com

I have been reading and posting here for a couple of months now, and learning my way around.
I have a couple of questions.

1. Why don't you have the option to upload images here? I don't think I have been part of any other large forum where this wasn't an option.
2. Is there any way to set the image size for linked images? When the image you link from somewhere else is too large it breaks the forum format for that page.
3. Are forum mods held to the same rules as the members?
4. I see there are sections for different specific games, is there a way to get a section added for my favorite game as well? Or should I just post in the free mmo/mmorpg forum?
I'm sure I have more but that's the main ones I was thinking of.

Good suggestions. I'll forward them to the mod team and see if we can do some upgrades with our upcoming website redesign.

I feel like that would get annoying. As long as there is a choice to switch back though I don't see a problem (I would love to see the brown and blue theme back!)

Not only that, but have to adjust all the html/css code for the theme and then bug test it all would be an insane task if we were to have new skins weekly.

It just needs to be updated, we have a couple of themes already however I am not sure if members can freely change through them all as some are actually quite buggy and break functionality.
