    Just duct tape a couple rolls of pennies around your body.

    Add moar pennies as time goes on.

    Move up to heavier coins.

    Cash in coins when you're not getting any more strength from them.

    Have money and strength.

    Win.

    Smart, but I don't think there'd be enough duct tape to support the amount of pennies I'd have on my body. Pennies are like 0.000001 pounds so I'd need a lot.

    You don't need more stamina, just more stamina than your opponent. So just aim at them and hit the ball.

    Don't overuse em too cuz I heard they can mess up your ligaments and tendons.

    This. Don't do hardcore training until you get used to them. Start off light. : )
