^ how about remove you? because Im sure that people in southern africa contribute much more to this world than you do. You guys act like they are lesser beings.

A quote from Immortal Technique- 3rd World - Poverty of Philosophy

But you see, here in America the attitude that is fed to us is that outside of America there live lesser people. "**** them, let them fend for themselves." No, **** you, they are you. No matter how much you want to dye your hair blonde and put fake eyes in, or follow an anorexic standard of beauty, or no matter how many diamonds you buy from people who exploit your own brutally to get them, no matter what kind of car you drive or what kind of fancy clothes you put on, you will never be them. They're always gonna look at you as nothing but a little monkey. I'd rather be proud of what I am, rather than desperately trying to be something I'm really not, just to fit in. And whether we want to accept it or not, that's what this culture or lack of culture is feeding us.
"**** them, let them fend for themselves." No, **** you, they are you.

Technology gets better, earth is able to support more bodies. Back when people needed acres of land to live, there's no way 7 billion people would live. Now we got huge *** buildings, most people only need a room to live in and farms aren't considered homes.

Common misconception - Technology will freeze and people will magically fall from the sky all at once. Westerners are living in their own little bubble and it can sometimes be hilarious at how worried they are at every little thing. Global warming, flipping tables like crazy where in reality, Earth experiences changes whether they are man-made or not. Humans have always and will always continue to adapt to them.

But then again, I think people have a right to worry about stuff like this, maybe not to the extreme but moderate concern is never harmful.

I mean, the world's resources ARE being used up really fast and I personally don't believe that the world was meant to support 7 billion people. But the thing is, not everyone is living well. So technically, 7 billion people never actually are getting the world's resources. People are dying from hunger in Somalia.

yes, and might as well teach them how to build their own cars, buildings, and weapons.

if the world is able to teach the country what you mentioned, they would have done so a long time ago....

China got rid of that law years ago.

It doesn't make a difference. Why do force everyone to uphold something the majority already does exceed in upholding?

This guy hardly did any research.

World fertility rates are dropping around the globe, especially in the Western world. And it's not about the whole "Oh, rich people have less kids." It's biological, apparently. Miscarriages are increasing, people who are barren or shoot blanks are increasing, and it's across the whole planet and no one knows why. Experts in the field are more afraid about population shrinkage than population growth in the long term.

Seriously, google it, I'm not making this up.

    @Xeno:
Well, concerning the complete data reviewed in the world fertility report of 07 the number of childless woman declined since the 80s from around 6,5% to under 6% aged 45-49.

    More woman have children.

Hmm, well that is interesting, I hadn't known that. I would still assert that total miscarriage rates have gone up, even if there are more mothers. Can't find the statistic right now, though, so I could be totally wrong about the miscarriage rates.

I honestly doubt infertility and lack of resources will be the end of the human race. Once we learn how to terraform other planets, or find planets which suit our needs, we'll have plenty to selfishly plunder. And science can do nature's job as far as making babeis goes anyway.

we are only screwed if we cant find a way to get rid of the surplus population before we run out of resources.

NASA was mostly defunded to resolve our nation's debt.

Either way the slowing of population growth in developed countries is going to take its toll in about 50 years. Then America will be bribing Mexicans to come work in our industries.

they are already working on thinning out the population. by adding toxics and chemicals to our food. all these additives they add to chips, microwave food, frozen food and spiced meat and go on are all cancer causing and can even damage braincells, they can make u hyperactive or even cause hart failures. and nobody gives a **** because it sells. so we'll eventually die cause of poisoning ourselfs, whether it be from food or from gasses and stuff.
