It's a tad slower, but it'll most likely fit depending on how much they skimped on the PSU. :|
What's your budget? Maybe we can throw in the 6790 AND a new good PSU.
Perhaps a whole new build. At the price of that kit, I'm pretty certain you'd have to put it together by yourself.
