not really a accident but i hate it if u gotto wash your hands while your hands are dirty from, lets say eating spareribs lol, u try to open the water tap with the side of your hand but that never works so u gotto do it with your sauce covered hands, then u finished washing your hands and your hands get dirty again upon closing the tap because sause got on the tap, and u try to trow some water at the tap it but its too greasy to wash it off that easy. then u put some soap on it and trow some more water at it and your whole kitchen is getting under the water and soap. u wash your hands again to get the soap of but now the tap is still too slippery because the soap replaced where the sauce was and it didnt went off properly.
3 hours later.. and thats why u should always prepare some napkins before u go eat greasy stuff with your hands. lol
