    Default There is a TRIO!

    Square Enix announces trio of Final Fantasy XIII games

    Maybe everyone know's about this, but me, being a insane FF Fan i wanted to share this Informtion.

    The Trio will be 3 final fantasy XIII games, Two on PS3 and one on Mobile.

    The development of the two PS3 FFXIII game's will be called Fabula Nova Crystallis

    Final Fantasy XIII




    InGame Screen


    And Final Fantasy Versus XIII





    Final Fantasy Versus XIII is what seems to be the darker version and also the Male version, you will be able to control a Male in Verus as in FFXIII you play a Female.
    Set to co-release with Final Fantasy XIII on the PS3, Versus takes place in another part of the FFXIII world in which you follow a different storyline with different characters.

    Well at least the Male playable character is very pleasant to look at but it feels weird that they would split it into 3 games could just make it FF13, 14 & 15..>_>

    I think that it is really interesting that Square is taking another chance on sequeling a FF ((like ff10-2))
    I see this being one of the biggest game's coming.
    The bad thing i am having thought's of though is.. the seperate release dates.. They should release them on the same day, like a snazzy double case thing, it's like you choose whatever disc to start but on some part's you need to switch disc to caryr on the storyline or something.

    Read the last line of his post. It's the same plot with different characters. They'd be wasting 2 game #'s if they made 14-15 for those =P.

    There is a mobile FFXIII coming out aswell but i didn't really want to mention that, mobile's bore me

    Eep thanks for pointing that out I was to busy staring at the male protagonist. :3

    Well since there isn't much info I'm assuming from what I now read 2 characters, 2 different views of the same plot?

    If the plot is engaging for both games I can see it would be interesting but if its not well we could have another FFX on our hands.

    No its a diffrent Plot just takes place in the FFXIII world.

    Well seeing as Square released a selection of ff game's on different console's the Graphics when those consoles where released made the game's absolutely amazing.
    But FF10-2, 11, and upcoming 12 graphics have been amazing, especially in cut scenes.

    The only thing is tho the graphics have improved dramatically the storyline has been on abit of a decline hopefully 12 won't be a snoozer like FF 10 (10-2).

    Yeah i understand what you mean.. i am not really hyped for ff12, at all. there hasn't been any commotion over it, it's just been a silience release.. i will still buy it though

    If you notice my sig, I knew and so did some of the others. I love the fact that at least in versus and perhaps XIII, you will be able to use the gunblade as either a gun or a blade but not both at the same time.

    FF13 Versus is in the same world, but a diferent character, AND is an action RPG

    I could never buy a playstaion 3 but this game looks like it has alot to offer wich makes me wanna save some money... Or I could just buy the Wii and not have all those dillema....

    Anyways, This game looks great especialy the gameplay because its realtime. I would realy become jealous if one of my friends buy this game...
