I'm going to be completely blunt and honest here.

The fact that you impose to the watcher that the game is a "Maplestory" clone from the initial context of your video is really a turn off. I found it hard to watch the rest of the review, but for the sake of helping you, I did.

You claim the game is a Maplestory clone every chance you get, which, like I said before, is extremely off putting. As a person who wants to hear general impressions of the game, I'm here to hear about THAT game, not another one. Stop doing that. It's annoying, and that habit should be broken immediately. Nothing is wrong with short comparisons, but writing the game off that early is not professional at all.

Getting to level ten and calling it a "review" is not a good choice. You fail to mention the game's redeeming features, such as the co-op dungeon system and PvP system, which are two of the main features the game attempts to market. You should give those a try and challenge whether or not the company's addition of the two features are worthwhile.

You nitpick at features that don't really serve any common weight to a viewer. Telling me that a guild banner has a limited character size is fluff. I want you to pick at the meat of the game, such as relevant gameplay details (i.e. PvP and Dungeons).

You attack level one monsters early on in the game and seem to be angered at the fact that they don't attack you. You shouldn't expect any different -- those are tutorial mobs. A little bit of common sense or research would have led you to that conclusion, but it seems like your view is obscured by some sort of dislike for the game.

You contradict yourself within the review. You say the game "seems to be marketed towards those of a younger audience", and then criticize the crafting system to be thoughtless and so easy a "five year old" can do it.

    Err... isn't that the point?

There's a lot of other flaws with the review, but on the plus side, I like your mic's quality.

    SIDE-NOTE:

How come you seem so fanatic about Maplestory's combat system and other details, and spend a LOT more time with it. But you consider a "clone" of the game's combat system flat? I don't want to say you're a fanboy, but your effort in Maplestory's review seems more like an advertisement, and has superimposed an impression on you that can't be reversed. Sorry, but you're cursed, I guess.

He played for ten levels. Keep in mind, I could reach ten levels in WS2 in less than eight minutes. That's probably the major problem I have with this review, it seems so lackluster and disheartening that I and many other people feel like he didn't do a good job.
