Hello again, Roh here with another key to give out! Yes yes, I know I already have a thread for the keys I gave out earlier, but no one has posted a new reply after my last post so I can't double post and no one will know I have another key. So here is the deal this time around... Last thread I was planning on giving away 6 keys but a few friends begged for 3 of them at the last minute when they found out I had some. This time around I have only 1 key but will in fact give this 1 key out to whoever gives the best reason as to why they deserve this 1 special key. The best reason wins!

I should get one because this is my type of shooter, all of the big games like Call Of Duty have big player bases yet for people like me who prefer this type of game have to wait forever to get a match going because of the low population. This game has the potential to be a hit tho and should bring us back to the old days of shooters.

I've been a Tribes fan ever since the Starsiege: Tribes back in 1998, as soon as i picked this game up i was enthralled by the fast paced combat, and have followed the series all the way up to vengence after it dropped off quite sadly, i've tried almost every beta contest there has been and still yet to aquire a key, i've even been to one of hi-rez live events to try the game and still no key. I'm politely asking for a key for me to not only play and love this game, but to beta test it and report all bugs that i find to make this into the master piece that i know it can become.

This game is cool. I just hate how you have to aim at peoples feet for your gun to hit them. Almost all guns are 'explosion' based which makes it so annoying to him someone out in the open.

I've always loved shooters. Breaks up the monotony of fantasy MMOs, plus I love giving opponents lead poisoning.

awesome thanks, already played about 2-3 hours and gotten a ton better, loving the game, its funny to watch people who don't know how to skii or at least are really slow, just had a game where i went like 17-2, and both of my deaths were from alt tabbing to talk to a friend in league, the entire enemy team were all really new though or at least i think they were.

think i like it more then any of the previous tribes game.

Since (I think) there is no discussion thread, I'll just post this here.


I've been playing a lot of Tribes Ascend in my downtime from Mortal Online. Been having a blast. First time I've played tribes and it fits all my needs so well it's mind boggling.

The movement and combat is so fast paced and awesome. Timing plays a big part in how well you do, as almost all the weapons (From what I've seen) require that you be able to time it well enough so your enemy basically runs in to your explosive/shot. If that makes any sense :d


I've gotten a lot better lately, and now I'm usually the best or second best in each game I play.



And holy shit, skiing is so much fun.
