Blue Screen of Death Error 1000008e

Can anyone help me out? I recently have been gettting this memory dump error very often now. Also, my computer sometimes freezes and I am unable to do anything so i have to power it off and on again.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this :/

It'd be easier for me if you'd post the actual BSoD itself.
The windows popup likes to skip stuff. :/

I'd ask for the dump-file, but windows refuses to install the debugging tools. -.-
