Turns out it's been up & running since December 7th.

The servers are hosted in Los Angeles. World chat can be used by anyone freely and is filled with turkish (I think) spam in CAPS, in over 1h of playing I saw 6 lines of English text.

I played a rogue to lvl 6, I had normal auto-attacks and 1 'kick' skill that did a little extra damage with a 16s recast, you need to buy a kick upgrade skill book every few levels. The only other skill till lvl 20 can not be bought but is a drop only book and is an agility self-buff. It increased my agi from 21 to 22 for 10 minutes.

There is a 'rob' skill for pvp as well as a cash shop item that protects your items from being robbed. The cash shop has weapon and armor boxes. Ingame gold is very hard to come by. PKing gives you negative honor but cash shop items restore honor. This is a real-life simulator where the rich kill and steal from the poor without consequence.
