What Anime to watch?

Hello everyone! I am sort of new and I am not sure if this is the right forum for this thread but here it goes.

I have seen

- FMA/FMA (Brotherhood)
- Death Note
- Gurren Lagann (Currently watching)

So I kind of want something along these lines, I loved FMA (Brotherhood) My favourite by far. I loved death note for the fact that this guy was so smart and dark haha, Gurren Lagann is just funny, Love it. I have tried Cowboy Bebop but about 4 episodes in I just couldnt Get into it!. Also would only like it if i can get them english dubed i cant stand reading whilst I am watching.

*Note: I am fine with nudity (boobs ect) and mild sex scenes but nothing hard core or like no hentai or full on sex every episode. Thanks everyone!

Just keep watching Cowboy Bebop and you'll fall in love with it. It's a classic.

Samurai Champloo & Code Geass are very good choices. I don't know if you're into like slice-of-life anime because there are a ton of them out there that are very good.

I recently saw Ben-To (it finished) and loved it. From the top of my head:

Note: Air Gear & Tenjo Tenge both end early so you'll have to pick it up from the manga afterwards. If reading isn't your thing, then I dunno...

I just finished watching The Vision of Escaflowne with my gf. It's awesome! If you like FMA you'll love this show.

It's about a schoolgirl from Japan who goes to a magical world called Gaea where her tarot cards and her dowsing are actually extremely powerful. There's mecha, too, and dragons, and cat people, and even more. The show plays around a lot with tropes regarding love triangles and fate and destiny and seeing the future. It seems really cliche at first but it develops into something being very unique and awesome.

It's a little slow to start, but it's only a 1 season show, so it's not a huge time investment.

The characters are awesome and memorable, but I won't spoil anything there. Let's just say the villains are very compelling! And the soundtrack is gorgeous, composed by Yoko Kanno, if you know who that is.

Really, really recommend it.

Wow thats alot of suggestions haha thanks! hmm I will look into some of them I dont know much about anime but I dont know what you mean by "slice-of-life " anime. I like more actiony and the madness of Death Note (i know it wasnt to actiony) was geniouse! no i'm not much a reader haha =) And the anime style i prefer is that of gurren lagann and FMA.

And tarot cards take place, but there's more dowsing than tarot cards.

If you liked Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann you'd probably love Gunbuster and Diebuster.

Ok so I just finished Gurren Lagann... and all I can say is wow.. THAT WAS AMAZING!!!! It, I dont know how els to say, but it touched me in some way haha. That is one show that the moment it finished I wanted to start all over and watch it from the beginning. Though I have to restraint myself, and wait but I WILL watch it again! soon. Anyways dont stop suggesting!! thanks everyone!

Now I dont know if anyone is still reading this wanting to suggest anything but it would be really nice if someone would suggest something with a funny more actiony base story BUT some nudity. Now when I say that I mean a comical nudity not like hard core romantic sex, NO. I dont like the sex scenes in anime(Hentai) cant stand that but if the anime had a naked scene here and there. and I dont mean omg panties! all I see on those panties is a troll face. i mean like boobs nipples what have you. and Yes I am a pervert but thats what being a guy is all about. So bottom line haha comical nudity and awesome story with well a funny story line. ok thats all I have to say thanks everyone!
