Wireless for a Desktop

hey, I finally got round to building a new pc, and now I want to add wireless capability to it, because I don't want to run a cable across the entire apartment.

Preferably something under 100 dollars, which can get a pretty good signal even though the router is two rooms away.

um, the router is TP-Link if that matters.
