Seems good at first glance, but it's hard to rate if you don't give your maximum budget. Who knows we might squeeze a bit more juice in it.

700 plus some change is my budget. I plan on overclocking it at a later date, so Im waiting to get the cooler and stuff until i overclock it. My main thing is if you guys have a better case or motherboard that you can recommend in that range

well for the best features I wouldve gotten the z68 rather than p67 as it brings more stuff to the table.

it allow integrated gpu as well as oc. Also utilizes the SRT technology if you plan on using a 20gb ssd or something as a cache in the near future. it's pretty much p and h combined = z chipset. P is still good for oc.

The ram seems fine as its pretty cheap nowadays and that case is one of the best cheap cases I ever owned.

psu has 50 amp/2 rail, nice for one gpu.

Nice build I would say. Price will net you around 800$ before rebates and some rebates take long as hell so be mindful.

Both for cases and mobos, the best price/performance ratio is around 120-130USD. ><

You also can find cheaper parts that will do equally as well, but they might be annoying to upgrade (eg only 2 ram slots or 1 pcie 16x).
