What is "viral"?

Is it viral under 10 mil views?

I mean I could calculate the market reach for all yt viewers, but it's obvious that it needs a hundredfold of what is going on, to penetrate it.

If you say viral is getting a decent reach without advertising directly.

If you say viral is an uncommon rise by which it is outperforming of the lame duck pool, you can say that it's viral.
On the other hand for me that would mean that it's just an "ok video", which again is what I would say about the video in the op.
