First of all, they are rather worthless. Pretty much everyone who wants one got one.
Dota 2 keys on the other hand can easily go for $30 and more, especially since they stopped giving out extra invites since christmas.

As for Diablo 3 those are activated on your account so you can't trade it (you'd have to sell your whole bnet account and that goes in the region os $200+ easily)
