They did a 2nd Alpha Test ~ End of 2011, no news since.
I play'd that Alpha Test, erm ... well you can find videos on Youtube and judge it yourself ><"
Though ... there is a huge difference between the 1st Alpha Test and the 2nd, character action, skill moves, effects all kind of changed.
btw, so far pvp only

I know it's PvP only. It looks like general MOBA games. Like a Capcom-ish version of Bloodline Champions. And I love everything Capcom does.
