I like to run circles around my party members while waiting to do something...
brb, trying to jump from one box to another, over and over.
Reputation: 480Actually, now that you mention it, I used to do this alot in WoW while on idle/waiting for group to do something. I would just jump around a fire/person/object in a animated matter. Usually I did this when I Was thinking too.
I do this pretty often in wow, when I'm waiting on a pug raid or something like that, I just let the autorun do most of the job and I circle around stormwind while chatting with my guild...
Run around the top of orgs bank, there is a little spike thing that I aim to get around in a perfect circle... You aren't alone!
EDIT: Maybe you got bored of it, but calling Cata worse than Vanilla is just plain ignorant, sorry.
Gameplay wise, vanilla was as bad as WoW ever was. It was simply too grindy, classes were too broken (2 shotting eachother), and plenty more than I care to list. Cataclysm is leagues better, that said - vanilla had a better community. You knew who you were BGing, world PvPing, and staring at in Ironforge. That's what I was referring to.
I personally liked Wrath grinding/raiding better than Cataclysm's facerolling. Cataclysm has better PvP balance though.
Edit: I was on Heroic Madness when I quit weeks ago.
Shut up about WoW.
On Topic:
I do that a lot. Like... very often. Whenever I get really bored, or when I'm waiting I just run in circles and/or jump around. If I wait for a person to finish something I'll run in circles around him/her. When I'm super bored and don't know what to do in a MMO: I run in circles. Hah, yup. But I rarely see other people do it somehow.

Reputation: 366I think everybody has done this. It's simply boredom or the long waiting for someone to come or start something in a game. Just like I circle around the tower in HoN while waiting for the game to start.
Reputation: 49the next time you go to your capital ciy in a MMO and see a guy mindlessly jumping back and forth, make sure you say me "Hello"
We must go forward, not backward. Upward, not forward. And always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom!
