edit: 2 more pics of my cat lol, he doesnt look like it but he's a little bit sick so im taking extra good care of him, he got that sneeze disease but its going a little better now.

I don't think so. I've tested it before and she seems to be able to see out of it. Its something that happens to some cats as they age. Google said its "Corneal sequestrum". Our vet said its probably from her boxing with the other cat. They don't really fight at all, but she might have been playing rough one day and got scratched. She seems fine, so I don't worry too much.
