Hello! First time here, hoping some people could lend me some help/ideas. I'm currently developing my own text based mmorpg similar to kingdom of loathing if anyone has ever played it? Except I'm changing A LOT of things about it. One of them being no adventure/energy/turns limit per day. So you can play as long as you want without any 'You're out of energy. come back tommorow' message.

One thing I was hoping to incorporate in my game is some sort of 'resource' system. For example woodcutting and mining to get resources to sell/craft items. Has anybody seen this done well in a text based mmorpg? Any insight on how to implement it effectively in a game? Ideas? Thanks ahead of time!

Also any suggestions for the game are welcome, I'm always open to new ideas
